1. Developing Cultural Intelligence
 
Globalization requires more and more people to work with a wide range of diverse people from around the world. To succeed in such a challenging work environment requires the development of global competencies, i.e., the awareness, knowledge and skills that increase a person’s ability to adapt quickly and effectively to new and challenging cultural situations. Cultural Intelligence workshops and webinars are designed to help teams bridge their cultural differences, improve their performance and enhance team spirit.
 
Delivery Method: Because each team’s cultural makeup and situational challenges are different, each Cultural Intelligence workshop or webinar is custom designed to help that team harness their collective potential. Depending on a team’s needs, on-site workshops are typically designed to last from 2 to 4 days.
 
When delivered as a webinar to a remote or virtual team, each training session lasts from 30 to 60 minutes. Webinars are cost-effective and environmentally friendly. And because they are delivered in shorter sessions over a period of time, participants can implement the knowledge and skills between sessions and then get feedback in the following session. Webinars are particularly effective when used in conjunction with coaching sessions for the team’s leader.
